- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, project consultants, builders, and commercial developers.
- Pitch Magneto's air purification and HVAC systems for inclusion in project specifications.
- Target offices, commercial spaces, hospitality, retail, and institutional projects.
- Generate high\-quality B2B leads through networks, references, and market mapping.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos with decision\-makers.
- Provide timely follow\-ups and convert leads into projects.
Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for proposals and support.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in CRM.- Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in building solutions or technical products.
- Prior exposure to HVAC, building automation, air purification, or similar industries is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel locally, and manage multiple projects.
