Position Overview
Phorm \& Flight is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and business growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting face\-to\-face meetings, presenting the company's services, building strong relationships, and converting prospects into long\-term clients.
This role requires a confident professional who enjoys networking, sales, and creating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Schedule and conduct in\-person meetings with business owners, entrepreneurs, and key decision\-makers.
- Deliver professional presentations about Phorm \& Flight's services and solutions.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable service offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Represent Phorm \& Flight at networking events, business meetings, and industry gatherings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Required Qualifications
- **MBA (Master of Business Administration) is mandatory.**
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision\-makers.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Self\-driven, goal\-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client acquisition will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
