We are a premier tech\-driven educational platform dedicated to empowering the next generation—from curious 1st graders to ambitious graduates—by mastering the technologies shaping our future: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), IoT, and Robotics and our company is currently looking for onboarding a ***Business Development Manager*** *to handle the following responsibilty.*
1\. Revenue Growth
Generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, increase revenue, and build scalable sales systems.
Control marketing team, inside sales team, field sales team, CRM \& lead management including partnership \& STEM Centres
Responsible for School Lab Sales, College Lab Sales, STEM Centre Franchise Sales, STEM Academy, STEM Facilitator Course Sale, Humanoid Robot Sales, Corporate \& CSR Projects
- *2\. Lead Generation Management**
Monitor online leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Website, WhatsApp Campaigns, Webinars.
Monitor offline leads from School Visits, Exhibitions, Education Conferences, Referrals, Franchise Networks.
- *3\. Sales Funnel Management**
Own the entire funnel
Lead → Qualified Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
Track Cost Per Lead, Lead Response Time, Conversion %, Sales Cycle
- *4\. Team Management**
Responsible for marketing team and monitor Campaign Planning, Lead Generation, Brand Awareness, Content Strategy
Responsible for sales team and monitor Lead Qualification, Meetings, Proposal Submission, Closing
5\.Conduct weeklyMarketing Review, Sales Review, Revenue Review
- *Ideal Candidate Profile**
- **Experience***
- 3–5 years B2B/ B2C Sales
- EdTech Experience Preferred
- Franchise Sales Experience Preferred
- **Must Have***
- CRM Management (Bitrix, Zoho, HubSpot)
- Sales Funnel Management
- Team Leadership
- Digital Marketing Understanding
- Proposal \& Negotiation Skills
- School \& College Sales Experience
- *Compensation**
- Fixed: ₹6–9 LPA
- Performance Incentive: ₹2– 5LPA
- Revenue Bonus: Based on quarterly targets
Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹900,000\.00 per year
