Job Description

  • *Job Title:** Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Sales
  • *Experience:** 3–5 Years
  • *Location:** Remote
  • *About the Role:**

We are seeking a technically sound Business Development Executive with experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Managed Services, along with expertise in client acquisition and business growth.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and project estimations.
  • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare solutions and project scopes.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • *Required Skills:**
  • Proven experience in IT services sales and business development.
  • Hands\-on experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
  • Good understanding of Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • *Preferred:**
  • Experience selling DevOps, Cloud Migration, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or Managed Services.
  • Existing network of IT decision\-makers and business contacts.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
