- *Business Development Manager – Industrial Construction / PEB**
- *Location: Pune, Maharashtra**

- *Job Summary :**
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Industrial Construction and Pre\-Engineered Building (PEB) segment. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating business for industrial construction projects, warehouses, factories, logistics parks, commercial buildings, and build\-to\-suit developments.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets across Maharashtra.
- *Key Responsibilitiesn:**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Industrial Construction, PEB, Warehouses, Factories, Logistics Parks, and Commercial Projects.
- Generate leads through networking, client meetings, referrals, consultants, architects, developers, and channel partners.
- Meet industrial clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable construction solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Projects, Procurement, and Finance teams for smooth project execution.
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify opportunities for Build\-to\-Suit (BTS), Turnkey Construction, Industrial Leasing, and Warehouse Development.
- Participate in tenders, project bidding, and commercial discussions.
- Track project pipeline, sales forecasts, and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming industrial and infrastructure projects.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
