We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven **BDM** to lead our Sales and Support teams. The ideal candidate should have **6–7 years of experience in the IT/Software industry**, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing high\-performing teams, and developing effective sales strategies. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align sales and customer support functions to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and Support teams to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure the Support team delivers excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
  • Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business performance reports for management.
  • Implement and improve sales processes, CRM practices, and customer engagement strategies.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B IT/Software sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to lead cross\-functional teams and solve complex business challenges.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and decision\-making skills.
  • Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: ₹900,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
