Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a results\-driven Business Developer to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue through effective sales and market development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Present company products/services to potential clients and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop growth strategies
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
