Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in chemical or cosmetic sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, business development, and key account management within the chemical, personal care, cosmetic, or specialty chemicals industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in the chemical or cosmetics industry.
  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and increase business volume.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate with technical and production teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans.
  • Travel to customer locations for meetings and business development.
