Paradiso Solutions is hiring a Business Development Manager \- Inbound Sales for a remote UK\-shift role.
We are looking for a B2B sales professional with strong experience in inbound sales, inside sales, IT sales, SaaS sales, LMS sales, enterprise software sales, or technology services. The ideal candidate should be able to manage inbound leads, conduct product/service demos, handle international clients, and own the sales cycle from first conversation to closure.
\- Qualify inbound leads through calls, emails, and product/service demos
\- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead engagement to deal closure
\- Conduct customized demos based on client needs
\- Build and maintain strong client relationships
\- Manage CRM updates, lead follow\-ups, and opportunity tracking
\- Work with marketing, product, and support teams to improve conversion
\- Achieve sales targets through consistent follow\-up and closing
\- 5\-6 years total experience preferred
\- Minimum 4\+ years relevant B2B sales experience
\- Experience in IT, SaaS, LMS, enterprise software, or technology services preferred
\- Experience with inbound sales, inside sales, product demos, CRM, sales funnels, and lead management
\- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
\- Experience handling international clients is preferred
\- Comfortable working UK shift timings
\- Immediate to 15 days notice preferred

\- Compensation: Up to INR 12 LPA
\- Preferred CTC range: Around INR 10 LPA
\- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred
