• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Conduct outbound B2B cold calling using company\-provided data.**

• Engage with Business Owners, Directors, Partners, CEOs, and decision\-makers.
• Present and explain A\-I\-R\-S™ certification benefits.
• Generate leads, follow up, negotiate, and close sales.
• Maintain sales activities in CRM.
• Assist clients with online payment or bank transfer processes.

• *Performance Expectations**

• Minimum 75 outbound calls per day.
• Minimum 5 successful sales within the first month of joining.
• Consistent achievement of monthly sales targets.

• *Candidate Profile**

• 5\+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
