We are seeking an experienced and driven **Business Development Manager – International Sales** to support our global business expansion through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and consultative IT solution selling. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international IT sales, business development, and managing end\-to\-end sales engagements with global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, explore, and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, client discussions, requirement understanding, proposal coordination, negotiation, and closure.
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
- Conduct professional client presentations, meetings, and solution discussions.
- Maintain sales pipelines, CRM updates, and accurate business reports.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure effective solution positioning.
- Research market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
· 6–8 years of experience in **International IT Sales / Business Development**.
· Strong exposure to B2B sales, client acquisition, and global market engagement.
· **Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, and technology\-driven business models LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, Lusha.**
· Ability to independently manage sales opportunities and build long\-term client relationships.
· Experience working with international clients and handling global sales processes.
Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
