About the Role
Blue Monkfish Private Limited is seeking a highly **6\+ years** experienced, result\-oriented, and self\-motivated Business Development Manager with a strong background in **IT Services and Digital Marketing sales.**
The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in international client acquisition, lead generation, revenue growth, and complete sales cycle management. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth for IT Services, Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Branding, and Creative Solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development \& Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through:
- LinkedIn \& LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo and similar prospecting tools
- Upwork and freelance platforms
- AI\-based lead generation tools
- Online research and networking channels
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Sales \& Client Acquisition
- Convert prospects into revenue\-generating clients.
- Conduct outbound sales activities including:
- Cold Calling
- Email Marketing
- LinkedIn Outreach
- Client Engagement Campaigns
- Manage US and international clients independently.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Proposal \& Deal Closure
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, pitch decks, and sales documents.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate contracts and close high\-value business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets (Minimum USD 3,000 Sales Target).
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long\-term client relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely client updates.
Marketing \& Operations Support
- Assist in SEO project coordination and campaign management when required.
- Manage and optimize company profiles on:
- Clutch
- DesignRush
- Other B2B Listing Platforms
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline tracking.
Required Skills \& QualificationsExperience
- Minimum 6\+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience working with IT Service\-Based Companies or Digital Marketing Agencies is mandatory.
- Proven track record of handling US and international clients.
