Job Description

  • *Business Development Manager (BDM)**
  • *Location:** Ahmedabad

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients for IT services and software development solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, proposal submissions, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs), ensuring target achievement and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and technical teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
  • Maintain long\-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • *Requirements:**
  • 4–8 years of experience in IT services sales/business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
  • Experience in team handling and mentoring BDEs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and outbound sales strategies.
  • *Preferred:**
  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, or APAC).
  • Understanding of software development, outsourcing, and managed service models.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
