Key Responsibilities1\. Business Growth \& Sales
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for gifting solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into long\-term customers.
2\. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision\-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify upselling opportunities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
3\. Corporate Gifting Solutions
- Present customized gifting programs for employee rewards, festive occasions, client appreciation, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and operations teams to deliver personalized gifting solutions.
- Stay updated on gifting trends, products, and market demands.
4\. Market Research \& Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify new industries and market segments for expansion.
- Develop strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and corporate organizations.
5\. Proposal \& Contract Management
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
6\. Cross\-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, design, and customer support teams.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of gifting projects.
- Resolve client concerns and provide post\-sales support.
7\. Reporting \& Performance Tracking
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Provide management with market insights and business forecasts.
