- *Role Overview**
We are looking for a high\-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales for our DMS, SFA, ERP, Retailer App, and Cloud/SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end sales cycles, building strong CXO\-level relationships, and accelerating our growth across manufacturing, CPG, distribution, and enterprise verticals.
This role demands deep industry understanding, enterprise solution knowledge, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to influence decision\-makers at the highest level.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- *Product \& Market Expertise**
✔ Acquire in\-depth knowledge of Eazy’s ERP, DMS, SFA, Dealer Portal, and Cloud solutions
✔ Stay updated on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape
✔ Position Eazy’s solutions effectively against competitors across target verticals
- *Lead Generation \& Funnel Management**
✔ Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and tele\-sales driven funnels
✔ Conduct structured follow\-ups and ensure continuous movement of leads across funnel stages
✔ Maintain a healthy pipeline with clear revenue projections
- *Client Engagement \& Solution Consulting**
✔ Deliver impactful corporate presentations, solution walkthroughs, and software demonstrations
✔ Conduct requirement\-gathering sessions to understand client processes, gaps, and expectations
✔ Qualify opportunities and prepare custom proposals, commercial offers, and responses to RFPs/RFIs
- *Deal Management \& Closure**
✔ Manage and drive full sales cycles from lead to contract signing
✔ Engage with key stakeholders including CIOs, CXOs, IT Heads, Business Heads, and decision committees
✔ Negotiate commercials, pricing structures, contract terms, and close deals within stipulated timelines
- *Strategy, Analytics \& Reporting**
✔ Perform competitor and customer analysis to identify new markets and expansion opportunities
✔ Monitor, track, and report all sales activities, funnel health, and business outcomes
✔ Collaborate with product, marketing, and implementation teams for seamless deal execution
- *Relationship Management**
✔ Build long\-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients
✔ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle
✔ Act as a trusted advisor to customers and key accounts

- *Technical \& Domain Competencies**
· Deep understanding of ERP, DMS, SFA, CRM, or B2B enterprise SaaS/perpetual solutions
· Strong exposure to manufacturing, CPG, and distribution sectors
· Experience working with CIO/CXO\-level stakeholders
· Familiarity with cloud\-based and SaaS commercial models is a strong advantage
- *Qualifications \& Experience**
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
· 4\-8 years of proven experience in enterprise sales or business development
· Strong exposure to manufacturing/CPG/distribution sectors
· Prior experience in ERP / CRM / DMS / SFA / B2B enterprise SaaS or perpetual solutions
· Experience with cloud\-based and SaaS commercial models is a strong advantage
· Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
