We are seeking a performance\-driven Business Development Manager/Sales Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and developing strong relationships with B2B clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets for new client acquisition and company revenue and maintain Company AOP.
- Manage and guide the business development team to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and convert both global and domestic leads using Zoho CRM, with a strong emphasis on pipeline development.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, and email campaigns.
- Handle the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Schedule and conduct business meetings and virtual conferences with decision\-makers and content heads from top MNCs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning and lead nurturing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- *Desired Candidate Profile**
- MBA/PGDM with a focus on Sales and Marketing (preferred).
- 3 \- 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Effective email writing and client negotiation skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Experience in working with international clients is a plus.
