Job Summary

Kibo Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager (Vertical)** to drive business growth across **Delhi NCR and North India**. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in **ELV/IBMS solutions**, government and private tenders, System Integrators (SI/MSI), and OEM relationship management. The candidate should have extensive experience in **CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, PAS, and Networking solutions**.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

  • Develop new business opportunities across **Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and North East (7 Sister States)**.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with **System Integrators (SI), Master System Integrators (MSI), OEMs, Consultants, and End Users**.
  • Drive complete sales lifecycle from **Lead Generation → POC → Specification → Budgetary Proposal → Tender Bidding → Order Closure → Material Delivery → Project Deployment**.
  • Frequently travel across North India for customer meetings, business development, and project discussions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategy to maximize business opportunities.
  • Identify upcoming government and private projects and generate business leads.

Tender \& Commercial Management

  • Search and identify relevant tenders through GeM, CPP Portal, and other e\-Tender portals.
  • Review eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, and tender scope.
  • Prepare pre\-bid queries and represent the company during pre\-bid meetings.
  • Coordinate with OEMs for quotations, technical datasheets, and compliance.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with OEMs and partners.
  • Prepare technical proposals, commercial bids, BOQs, and tender documentation.
  • Follow up on post\-bid queries, tender evaluations, LOIs, and Purchase Orders.

Technical \& Customer Engagement

  • Understand ELV/IBMS solutions including **CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, PAS, Networking, and Security Systems**.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure **No Deviation** compliance in tenders.
  • Represent Kibo Solution in exhibitions, technical seminars, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
  • Support project execution by coordinating with Head Office and OEMs for material availability, service escalations, and product customization.

Requirements

  • **8\+ years** of experience in Business Development, Tendering, or Sales within the **ELV/IBMS industry**.
  • Experience working with **System Integrators (SI)** or **Master System Integrators (MSI)**.
  • Strong network with Government Departments, Consultants, EPC Contractors, OEMs, and End Users.
  • Excellent knowledge of **GeM, CPP Portal, Government Tenders, and Private Tendering**.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across **North India**.

Preferred Candidate

  • Prior experience in **CCTV, Fire Alarm, ELV, Security Systems, or Building Automation**.
  • Existing business network across **Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and North East**.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to independently manage high\-value business opportunities and strategic accounts.
