Job Description

  • *Position Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented Manager – Business Development (Sales \& International Client Relations) to drive business growth across international markets, particularly the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia.

The role will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, from lead qualification and prospect engagement to proposal submission, contract negotiation, project conversion, and ongoing client relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of developing long\-term client relationships and generating revenue growth in international markets. **Key Responsibilities****Business Development \& Sales*** Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across international markets.

  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, networking, strategic partnerships, and outbound outreach.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
  • Present company services and value propositions effectively to decision\-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop customized commercial proposals, presentations, and solution offerings.
  • Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract finalization.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • *Lead Management \& Conversion*** Manage the complete lead\-to\-conversion process.
  • Track prospects through various sales stages and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to prepare estimates, project scopes, and proposals.
  • Ensure timely follow\-ups and effective opportunity management.
  • Convert qualified opportunities into successful projects and long\-term engagements.
  • *International Client Relationship Management*** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the US, UK, and Australia.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities within existing accounts when required from the Business Unit managers
  • *Market Research \& Strategy*** Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Develop market penetration strategies for targeted geographies.
  • Participate in online international networking events, webinars, exhibitions, and business forums.
  • Provide management with sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights.
  • Work with Marketing and Branding team for necessary coordination and support
  • *Internal Collaboration*** Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Delivery Teams.
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns and lead\-generation initiatives.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, pricing discussions, and service positioning.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 5\+ years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, Client Acquisition, or Account Management.
  • Experience handling B2B clients in international markets (US/UK/Australia preferred) and worked in service industry
  • Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.

Team leading experience is mandatory.
