EALZO is a rapidly growing healthcare technology platform focused on improving patient access to healthcare through digital appointment booking, hospital partnerships, and patient acquisition solutions.
We are currently expanding across Kozhikode and partnering with leading hospitals, specialty clinics, and healthcare providers.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to support our expansion by onboarding hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals onto the EALZO platform.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, relationship building, and business development activities.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions to introduce EALZO and its services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, marketing managers, and healthcare decision\-makers.
- Present EALZO's partnership model and coordinate onboarding discussions.
- Schedule and attend meetings with healthcare providers and management teams.
- Conduct follow\-ups and support partnership closure activities.
- Assist in onboarding hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals onto the EALZO platform.
- **Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, awareness programs, and marketing activities to increase EALZO brand visibility.**
- **Support and participate in medical camps, health screening programs, community outreach initiatives, and healthcare awareness events.**
- Coordinate with local communities, residential associations, corporate organizations, and healthcare partners for campaign execution.
- Collect market intelligence and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, campaign activities, and partnership progress.
- Achieve monthly targets related to hospital onboarding, clinic partnerships, and business development activities.
- Work closely with the management team to support EALZO's expansion across Kerala.
- Experience in event coordination, promotional activities, or field marketing.
- Ability to conduct presentations and public interactions confidently.
- Knowledge of healthcare, hospital operations, or patient engagement is an advantage.
- Strong networking and relationship\-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for campaigns, medical camps, and business meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)
- 2\-3 years of experience
- Excellent Malayalam communication skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to travel within Kozhikode and nearby areas
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
