At Neoperk, our vision is to bridge the multiple gaps in agriculture through tech\-enabled and data\-driven solutions and to make it more efficient, climate\-resilient and sustainable for our future generations.

Our first product, *NeoSoil*, is a rapid, chemical\-free soil testing solution using NIR Spectroscopy and Machine Learning models. We recognized that testing alone won’t solve all the problems on ground and thus, we developed an end\-to\-end solution to deliver the real value of soil testing and soil data intelligence to our partners.

We are a pragmatic team of young, passionate and focused entrepreneurs who are thriving to make a huge impact by leveraging technology. We currently partner with B2B companies across agri\-value chains and farmers to improve their crop quality and yields through timely, reliable and affordable soil data insights.

  • *Roles \& Responsibilities**
  • Own the end\-to\-end sales pipeline, from prospecting and qualification to product demonstrations and deal closure.
  • Identify and engage high\-potential prospects through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, cold emails, cold calling, referrals, and industry events, while effectively converting inbound leads.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new business opportunities, customer segments, and industry trends.
  • Build and nurture long\-term relationships with decision\-makers, understanding their business challenges and positioning Neoperk's solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute demand generation campaigns, optimize lead quality, and improve conversion rates.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, activity logs, and forecasts in HubSpot CRM, ensuring complete visibility into the sales funnel.
  • Own follow\-ups, negotiations, and stakeholder management throughout the buying journey to maximize conversion rates.
  • Track key sales metrics including pipeline growth, conversion rates, revenue, and sales cycle efficiency, and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Represent Neoperk at networking events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen the company's market presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback and market insights to influence product positioning and go\-to\-market strategies.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, pipeline, and activity targets in a fast\-paced startup environment.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Curious mindset and quick learning ability
  • Ability to interpret data and support decision\-making
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms (preferred)
  • Any prior experience in agriculture or agri\-tech is a plus
  • Self\-motivated with a proactive approach to work
