Business Development – Quick Commerce Launch

• *About RoadMate**

RoadMate (Nextwave Access Private Limited) is a multi\-industry quick commerce platform based in Kochi. We have been incubated at Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) for over 4 years. We help local shops, distributors and manufacturers bring quick commerce to their business. We are launching the RoadMate app in Kakkanad, Ernakulam with 200\+ outlets across groceries, restaurants, automobile, sports and textiles.

• *About the role**

Join our founders in launching the RoadMate app in the Ernakulam market. Over 3 months, you’ll see a business launch end to end: market research, partner onboarding, marketing, operations and team building. You will work as part of a launch team.

• *Key responsibilities**

• Study the Ernakulam market and map retail outlets by industry
• Onboard retail shops, distributors and delivery partners to the RoadMate apps
• Support meetings and demos with manufacturers and partner brands
• Support launch campaigns, offers, social media and on\-ground activities
• Track orders, delivery flow and partner feedback during the launch
• Learn to hire, train and manage field teams
• Maintain daily trackers in Google Sheets and report progress with data

• *Who can apply**

• Final\-year MBA / PGDM students only (Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR or Business Analytics)
• Open to both men and women. This is team\-based work.
• Good communication in English and Malayalam
• Interest in startups, retail and quick commerce
• Confidence in meeting shop owners, distributors and brands
• Basic computer skills: Google Sheets / Excel, email, presentations
• Leadership ability and self\-motivation
• Own two\-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred
• Willing to do field work across Ernakulam during the internship

• *What you get**

• Stipend of ₹10,000 per month
• Work directly with the founders of a KSUM\-incubated startup
• Internship certificate and experience letter
• **Career path:** based on performance, a full\-time role as District Manager or State Manager at a CTC of ₹6\.6 LPA \+ incentives. This role is purely office\-based at our Kochi office.

• **Interviews:** 2, 3 and 4 November 2026 at the RoadMate office, Kochi
• **Pre\-joining training:** 10 and 11 November 2026
• **Internship starts:** 17 November 2026

• *Selection process**

Resume screening, then an aptitude / business case round, group discussion and personal interview with the founders, all on the interview day at our Kochi office.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
