- *The Opportunity**
We are looking for two sharp, relentless BDRs who live and breathe outbound sales. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients in the US market — cold calling, prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings for our senior sales team. This is not a role for people who prefer warm leads or inbound flows. This is a high\-volume, metric\-driven, outbound\-first engine.

- *What You Will Do**
- Execute high\-volume outbound cold calls to US\-based Amazon brands and sellers every single day
- Qualify prospects against ICP criteria and convert cold conversations into booked meetings
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
- Follow up persistently and intelligently — calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches in a coordinated sequence
- Maintain a clean, real\-time CRM pipeline — every touchpoint logged, every status updated
- Hit and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs without being asked
- Share market intel from conversations — objections, competitor mentions, buying signals — to help sharpen the sales playbook
- *What We Are Looking For**
- *Must\-haves**
- 2\+ years of outbound BDR or SDR experience with a track record of cold calling as the primary motion
- Has worked in quota\-carrying, metric\-driven environments You should be able to tell us exactly how many calls you made per day and meetings you booked per month — and show the numbers. **Comfortable working US hours (5:30 PM – 2:00 AM IST) consistently**
- Demonstrated ownership of pipeline metrics You treat your numbers like a business owner, not an employee — you do not wait to be chased for updates
- Strong English communication — your cold call opener, your follow\-up email, your LinkedIn note — all sharp and professional
- *Highly valued**
- Prior experience selling into the eCommerce, Amazon, or SaaS space
- Familiarity with US business culture and decision\-maker personas (CMO, VP eCommerce, Brand Director)
- Hands\-on experience with outbound tools — Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Has come from an agency or startup background You know how to hustle without hand\-holding
- *Green Flags We Look For**
- You can recite your best and worst call\-to\-meeting conversion rates from memory.
- You have a strong opinion on what makes a good cold call opener. Your CRM is always up to date — you do not need to be reminded.
- You have been promoted, recognised, or top\-ranked on your team's leaderboard.
- You have sold to US customers and understand time zones, holidays, and decision\-making timelines.
- *What Success Looks Like**
- Week 1 – 2 — Ramp completed, first 50 accounts prospected, first calls dialled
- Month 1 — Hitting daily call targets consistently, first qualified meetings booked
- Month 3 — Full quota attainment, owning pipeline independently, contributing to playbook refinement
