- *Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation \& Sales**
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.
- *Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable software and IT solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- *Proposal \& Tender Management**
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution preparation and cost estimation.
- Participate in RFPs, RFQs, and government tenders where applicable.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Identify new industry segments and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase company revenue and market presence.
- Upsell and cross\-sell services to existing clients.
