Business Development Representative

HOMIGO is looking for energetic, confident, and target\-oriented Marketing Executives to promote the company's services, generate leads, acquire new customers, and build strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers, including households, apartments, offices, clinics, hotels, and commercial establishments.
• Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, referrals, and other marketing activities.
• Visit residential and commercial locations to explain the company's services and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and bookings.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Explore new business opportunities and expand HOMIGO's customer base.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, leads generated, and sales performance.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in customer interaction and field marketing.
• Ability to negotiate, convince customers, and close sales.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
• A two\-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
