We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative for a full\-time, on\-site role located in Bhopal. In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include managing the sales pipeline, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will play a key role in driving business growth and fostering lasting partnerships.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Handle outbound calling and follow\-ups with clients
- Manage client communication through emails and calls
- Maintain and update client details in CRM software
- Prepare sales reports and maintain proper follow\-up records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling
- Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Strong abilities in sales and client handling skills
- Experience with Business Development, including identifying opportunities and executing strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Willing to work onsite and interact professionally with clients.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
