We're a software engineering company that solves difficult problems \- distributed systems, AI, blockchain, scalable product engineering. We need someone who can hunt, earn trust with technical decision\-makers, and close. This is a pure outbound role. No SDR support. No inbound queue. Just you, your network, and your ability to open doors.
· Build and own a pipeline from scratch \- cold outreach, network, events, communities.
· Run discovery and consultative sales with founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders.
· Collaborate with our engineers to shape technically grounded proposals and scopes of work.
· Represent Vaniti Labs at industry events and in relevant professional communities.
· Own the full cycle \- first touch to signed contract \- and hit revenue targets.
· Feed market intelligence back to leadership: what's resonating, what isn't, where the opportunity is.
· 5\+ years selling software development or engineering services in a B2B context.
· A record of closing deals in the $50K–$500K\+ range through outbound effort.
· Enough technical fluency to hold a credible conversation with a CTO \- you don't need to code, but you need to understand what we build.
· Strong written communication. Your outreach and proposals should reflect the same precision we put into our engineering.
· An existing network of founders and technical leaders who respect your judgment.
· The ability to operate independently, async, without being managed.
· Experience selling into AI, fintech, blockchain, or developer tooling sectors.
