We are looking for a proactive Business Development, Sales \& Customer Success Executive to help grow Aerimak's SaaS/software business. The candidate will handle inbound leads, identify new business opportunities, support customer conversations, manage client relationships, and conduct competitor research.
This role is ideal for someone who is sharp, confident, AI\-friendly, customer\-focused, and has a go\-getter attitude. The goal is to convert leads, support customers, improve customer experience, and help Arimac grow faster.
- Handle inbound sales leads from website, ads, email, chat, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Research target markets, companies, industries, and decision\-makers.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer needs and suggest the right SaaS/software solution.
- Explain product value clearly to leads and customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead status.
- Book demos, meetings, and sales calls for qualified leads.
- Respond to customer queries in a professional and friendly way.
- Support customers during onboarding and basic product usage.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Conduct competitor analysis, including pricing, features, positioning, offers, and customer reviews.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to research, draft replies, prepare follow\-ups, and summarize competitor insights.
- Share weekly updates on leads, customer feedback, competitor insights, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain CRM, lead sheets, or tracking systems accurately.
- Help improve sales messaging, customer communication, and business growth ideas.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, inbound sales, business development, customer care, customer success, or client\-facing roles.
- Experience in SaaS, software, IT, or technology companies is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and explain solutions clearly.
- Strong follow\-up discipline and ownership mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, customers, and priorities.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for daily work.
- Ability to research competitors and prepare simple comparison reports.
- CRM or lead tracking experience is preferred.
- Target\-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn fast.
- Customer\-first mindset with a focus on delivering value.
