*Job Title: Business Development Specialist/ Sales Development Representative (SaaS – USA Market)**
*Location: Trichy (On\-site)**

*Shift time : Night Shift US Shift ( 06\.30pm – 03\.30 am)**
*Experience: Minimum 3\+ Years in B2B SaaS Lead Generation / Sales (US Market Preferred)**

*About the Role**
*We are a fast\-growing SaaS company expanding into the US market and seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to accelerate our growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands\-on execution — ideal for a competitive and results\-oriented professional.**

**Identify, research, and generate qualified leads across multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital campaigns**
**Build, track, and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)**
**Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule demos and ensure smooth client handoffs**
**Meet and exceed monthly lead generation \& conversion targets**
**Track outreach KPIs and optimize campaigns for improved efficiency**

**3\+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS lead generation or sales — preferably targeting the US market**
**Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)**
**Excellent written and verbal communication with strong negotiation and follow\-up skills**
**Self\-starter mindset — proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently**
**Familiarity with the US B2B sales landscape will be an added advantage**
