Job Description

  • *Job Title:** Sales Executive – Business Development
  • *Location**: Andheri West, Mumbai
  • *Experience**: 3–15 Years
  • *Industry**: Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Transportation / Customs Clearance
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
  • Identify and develop B2B clients for logistics, transportation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding services.
  • Maintain customer databases and lead pipelines.
  • Prepare and send quotations to prospective clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Handle professional email communication with clients.
  • Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports using Excel.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Support business expansion activities.
  • Attend client meetings as required.
