We are looking for a dynamic, target\-driven **Business Development Executive – Catering \& Events** with strong communication, customer relationship management, and deal\-closing skills to join our growing team.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Connect with potential customers through company\-provided leads and convert enquiries into confirmed catering orders.

Handle enquiries for corporate events, weddings, private functions, parties, and bulk catering orders.

Understand client requirements, including event details, guest count, menu preferences, and budget.

Share catering packages, quotations, and proposals with prospective customers.

Conduct regular customer follow\-ups, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.

Coordinate with internal Operations Teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed orders.

Maintain accurate lead tracking, follow\-up records, and sales conversion reports.

Build strong client relationships to generate repeat business.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• *Candidate Requirements:**

1–3 years of experience in Catering Sales, Event Sales, Hospitality, or Business Development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.

Ability to manage and convert company\-provided leads.

Good customer relationship management and follow\-up skills.

Proficiency in Tamil and English.

Willingness to attend client meetings when required.
