Business Development Manager – International Recruitment (Overseas Placement)

Global Udaan, a venture of NLCF (National Labour Cooperative Federation of India) working under the aegis of the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, is hiring a Business Development Manager to build and run its overseas employer and partner network.

About the role

You will own B2B growth for overseas placement: finding verified foreign employers and recruitment partners, closing partnerships, and keeping the pipeline moving from first contact to deployment. You will work directly with the leadership team and our branches.

Key responsibilities

\- Generate and qualify leads from foreign employers, staffing agencies and recruitment partners across Europe, the Gulf and other markets, using LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and calls

\- Handle the full partner cycle: outreach, follow\-up, demand and fee discussion, agreement review and closure

\- Vet every partner before commitment: licence and registration checks, company background and red\-flag screening

\- Manage live demand: collect job orders, match them to our candidate database and coordinate with branches

\- Track partner and country pipelines in the CRM and report weekly to management

\- Research country rules (quota, permits, wage floors, processing time) and recommend where to focus

\- Ensure all activity follows Indian emigration rules (PoE and e\-Migrate requirements, no worker\-paid fees, no sub\-agents)

Requirements

\- 3\+ years in business development, B2B sales or international recruitment (overseas recruitment experience preferred)

\- Excellent written and spoken English; professional email and LinkedIn communication

\- Strong follow\-up discipline and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

\- Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets and basic research

\- Understanding of overseas recruitment compliance is an advantage

\- Ability to work with Europe and Gulf time zones when needed
