Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for BPO services across domestic and international markets.
Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose customized BPO solutions.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
Negotiate contracts and close high\-value deals.
Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
Requirements
3\+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the BPO industry.
Proven track record of generating revenue and closing deals.
Strong understanding of BPO services, outsourcing models, and client management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience handling international clients will be an added advantage.
Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.
