Business Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result\-oriented Business Executive to support business growth, develop client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, online platforms, and other marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business.
• Handle client enquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare daily and monthly business development reports.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Explore new markets and strategies to increase company revenue.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target\-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
