- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for business units.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop detailed MIS reports, dashboards, and financial models.
- Evaluate cost structures, pricing strategies, and ROI for business projects.
- Partner with cross\-functional teams (Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain) to ensure financial efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure financial control, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify business risks, improvement areas, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Lead periodic product pricing reviews and updates by analyzing changes in raw material costs, manufacturing expenses, logistics, and other input costs, ensuring pricing accuracy, margin protection, and sustained profitability across the product portfolio.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- **3 to 7 years** of experience as a Business or Financial Analyst (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or agrochemical sector).
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and MIS reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
