Helpline Groups is looking for a motivated and goal\-oriented Business Growth Executive to support business expansion, attract new clients, and maintain strong professional relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a keen interest in sales, and the ability to turn potential business leads into successful client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

\- Explore new business opportunities and approach potential clients through different sales channels.

\- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.

\- Communicate with clients, deliver presentations, and negotiate business terms to secure deals.

\- Build and maintain positive, long\-term relationships with clients and business partners.

\- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services and business solutions.

\- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

\- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.

\- Update client information, follow\-ups, and sales progress accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements

\- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.

\- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (mandatory).

\- Good sales, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

\- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision\-making abilities.

\- Ability to handle responsibilities independently while working effectively with a team.

\- A target\-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and contribute to business growth.
