Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Head to drive business growth for Aivida's AI solutions and services. The ideal candidate will lead business strategy, sales, partnerships and market expansion while working closely with the AI and Product teams to deliver innovative AI solutions to enterprise clients.
- *Key Responsibilities**
Develop and execute business growth strategies for AI products and services.
Identify new business opportunities, enterprise clients and strategic partnerships.
Lead Sales, Business Development and Account Management teams.
Collaborate with the AI and Product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
Drive revenue, profitability and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Develop pricing strategies, proposals and commercial agreements.
Track market trends, competitor activities and emerging AI opportunities.
Monitor business KPIs, revenue targets and performance metrics.
Present business plans and growth reports to senior management.
Requirements
MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
10–15 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales or Business Leadership.
At least 5 years of experience in the IT, SaaS, AI, or Technology industry.
Proven track record in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, cloud technologies and digital transformation.
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
