About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result\-driven **Business Head** to lead and manage our Pune operations. The role involves overseeing project execution, sales performance, CRM operations, customer relations, team management, and overall business growth. The candidate will act as the company's representative in Pune and work closely with the Directors to ensure smooth operations and strategic execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject \& Construction Management
- Oversee ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
- Resolve project\-related operational challenges.
Sales \& Marketing Oversight
- Monitor sales team performance and inventory movement.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and track conversions.
- Ensure achievement of sales and collection targets.
- Manage channel partners and sales agencies.
CRM \& Customer Management
- Ensure effective CRM implementation and monitoring.
- Track enquiries, bookings, collections, and possession schedules.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Improve overall customer satisfaction and experience.
Business Development \& Stakeholder Management
- Represent the company in meetings with customers, consultants, societies, and business partners.
- Support land acquisition and redevelopment opportunities.
- Develop strong business relationships within the Pune market.
Team Management
- Build, lead, and mentor cross\-functional teams.
- Recruit, train, and manage departmental staff.
- Drive accountability, performance, and professional growth.
Reporting \& Governance
- Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports to management.
- Monitor project budgets, sales performance, and operational KPIs.
- Identify risks and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Management, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Business Administration) preferred.
- 10\-15 years of experience in Real Estate Development.
- Strong exposure to construction management, sales coordination, CRM, and operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
