As we expand our strategic footprint, our Real Estate Division is driving flagship residential, commercial, and mixed\-use developments across regional markets in Gujarat. We are seeking a high\-caliber, strategic, and entrepreneurial Business Head – Real Estate to lead our real estate vertical. In this leadership role, you will hold complete P\&L responsibility, overseeing land acquisition, project planning, regulatory compliance, construction execution, and sales/marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership \& P\&L: Drive the overall vision, strategy, and P\&L for the real estate vertical, ensuring profitability, cash flow optimization, and timely project delivery.

Land Acquisition \& Feasibility: Identify and evaluate land acquisition, joint development (JD), and joint venture (JV) opportunities. Oversee legal due diligence, title verification, and project financial modeling.

Project Planning \& Approvals: Oversee project design, master planning, and architect coordination. Secure all necessary regulatory approvals, including GujRERA, environmental clearances, local authority sanctions, and NA permissions.

Sales, Marketing \& Channel Management: Formulate aggressively effective sales and pricing strategies. Build and mentor direct sales teams and establish strong network relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and institutional investors.

Construction \& Delivery Supervision: Oversee project management teams, main contractors, and MEP consultants to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to premium quality standards.

Financial Management \& Investor Relations: Manage project budgets, cash flows, working capital, and funding requirements through banking institutions, NBFCs, or strategic investors.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 10 to 18\+ years of progressive leadership experience in real estate development, property management, or project execution, with a proven track record of managing multi\-crore real estate portfolios.

Regulatory Expertise: Thorough working knowledge of GujRERA, local building bylaws, land conversion processes, and statutory approval workflows in Gujarat/Western India.

Market \& Network Penetration: Strong existing network of brokers, channel partners, contractors, legal advisors, and municipal authorities in Gujarat.

Commercial Acumen: Strong expertise in real estate financial modeling, land evaluation, project costing, and IRR calculation.

Leadership \& Execution: High\-energy leadership with the ability to bridge strategic planning with rigorous ground\-level execution.

Education \& Background

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s Degree / MBA in Real Estate, Construction Management, or Finance is preferred.
