Business Head - Small Appliances

myG is looking for an experienced **Business Head – Small Appliances** to lead and drive the overall business growth, sales performance, profitability, and market expansion of our Small Appliances division. The role involves managing P\&L, leading regional sales teams, developing brand partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across Kerala.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Manage the overall P\&L, budgets, sales targets, and business performance.
• Lead and mentor regional sales managers and cross\-functional teams.
• Build strong relationships with leading brands and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Drive category expansion, product assortment, new SKU introductions, and premium product sales.
• Monitor pricing, discounting, inventory, stock movement, and profit margins.
• Improve customer experience, after\-sales service, and complaint resolution.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Purchase, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Analyse business performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Present business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior management.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business/Retail Management is preferred.
• Minimum 12\+ years of experience in Small Appliances, Consumer Durables, Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or large multi\-location sales operations.
• At least 7 years in senior business leadership roles managing sales operations and regional teams.
• Proven expertise in P\&L management, business planning, category management, and brand negotiations.
• Experience in retail network management and after\-sales service is an added advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹125,000\.00 per month
