Business Intelligence Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to provide data\-driven insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
• Automate reports and streamline reporting processes wherever possible.
• Support business planning and strategic decision\-making through analytics.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• **1–3 years** of experience in Business Intelligence, MIS, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of **Advanced MS Excel** (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX\-MATCH).
• Hands\-on experience with **Power BI** or **Tableau**.
• Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
