Business Intelligence Manager

• *Customer Relationship \& Business Management Inteligence (CRBMI)**

• *Location:** Rs Puram, Coimbatore

We are looking for an experienced **Customer Relationship \& Business Management Intelingence (CRBMI) Manager** to lead Customer Relationship, MIS, Data Analytics, Telecalling, and Digital Marketing functions to drive business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CRBM team, including MIS, Data, Telecalling, and Digital Marketing.
• Monitor sales pipeline, customer performance, and business KPIs.
• Develop and present dashboards using **Power BI** and business analytics tools.
• Work with **SAP/ERP** systems to generate reports and support business decisions.
• Improve customer experience, lead conversion, and customer retention.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless business execution.
• Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, productivity, and business processes.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate with **5–10 years** of experience in CRM, Business Management, MIS, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations.
• Hands\-on experience with **Power BI** and **SAP/ERP** systems is mandatory.
• Good understanding of CRM, dashboards, KPI reporting, and business analytics.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• *Preferred Industry:** Manufacturing, Steel, Building Materials, Logistics, Distribution, Industrial Products, or B2B Organizations.

• *Location:** Coimbatore

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
