Business Manager – Jewellery Sales & Business Operations

A highly business\-focused role responsible for driving sales growth, improving showroom operational performance, and enhancing customer experience across Kanyakumari District.

The role involves working closely with showroom teams while coordinating with the Corporate Office in Kochi, Directors, and cross\-functional teams to execute business strategies.

The position will be responsible for setting and monitoring targets aligned with Management vision, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring achievement of overall business objectives.

The candidate should have experience in handling multiple branches, setting and achieving targets aligned with Management vision, monitoring performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring overall business objectives are met.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
