Business Operations Analyst II

The sales operations and analytics team coordinates business with technical teams across Akamai. The team analyses and manages data in support of the various functional organizations within the Sales group. We partner with our organization to ensure stakeholders have data and insights needed to propel better decisions.

As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will be an integral part of Akamai's Sales Operations team. You will design, develop, and deploy dashboards which provide substantial insights that Sales generates to educate and guide key stakeholders, including executive leadership.

As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for

• Identifying and implementing business value creation and transformation by delivering analysis supporting Sales group's agenda
• Working with stakeholders and analytics team to deliver dashboards that meet end users' requirements
• Providing Data Intelligence by developing, and building intuitive dashboards and data sources by leveraging enterprise reporting systems
• Aligning dashboard design to business actions and outcomes, also analyzing complex data to understand feasibility and expand our dashboarding capabilities
• Becoming a subject matter expert in Sales data and dashboards
• Providing assistance to the team on business strategy, financial performance, network capacity planning, and on\-going operations
• Highlighting opportunities and provide practical, action\-focused recommendations

To be successful in this role you will

• Have bachelor's degree and 5\+ years of relevant experience delivering high quality dashboards, majorly in Sales environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Tableau development which includes developing data sources, dashboards, complex calculations, RLS, and visualizations
• Demonstrate advanced SQL query writing skills, majorly with using Oracle.
• Possess excellent communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills and effective articulation skills to diverse audiences.
• Be a good team player, drive for results, multi\-task, collaborate, prioritize, solve problems in a fast\-changing environment
• Be able to work cross\-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
