We are looking for a **senior, highly experienced, and accountable Business Operations Manager** to be part of the Managing Director’s (MD) core team.

This is a **critical leadership role within the MD’s command centre**, responsible for driving execution across key business priorities. The role requires an individual with strong business judgment, the ability to operate independently, and the maturity to manage cross\-functional coordination at a strategic and operational level.

This is a high\-trust role within the MD’s core team, requiring strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to independently drive execution across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring 15–20 years of experience, with a proven ability to take ownership, drive outcomes, and ensure seamless execution without constant oversight.

• **Key Responsibilities**
• + Drive execution of all MD\-led initiatives across business operations, product development, and vendor coordination

+ Establish and maintain a structured system to track priorities, timelines, ownership, and outcomes

+ Lead cross\-functional coordination across Sales, Purchase, Design, and Production teams

+ Conduct structured review meetings with departments to ensure progress, accountability, and closure

+ Proactively identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and take ownership of resolution

+ Translate MD’s strategic inputs into clear, actionable plans and briefs

+ Oversee product development workflows, including coordination on sampling, revisions, approvals, and finalization

+ Ensure alignment between design, sourcing, and execution teams

+ Work closely with purchase and related functions to support material planning and execution

+ Drive discipline in timelines and ensure delivery against committed plans
