This role acts as the **central command centre for the Director of HR \& Operations**, focused on driving **execution, process discipline, and organizational efficiency**.
You will be responsible for **bringing structure to chaos, fixing broken processes, and ensuring all key initiatives across the organisation are tracked and delivered on time.**

+ Build and maintain **central trackers for all key initiatives across departments**
