Summary

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new workflows and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. The position also includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business demands, ensuring that solutions are well\-tailored to organizational objectives and operational efficiency.

Roles \& Responsibilities

Act as an SME in S/4HANA Sales and Distribution.

Support Data Migration and Cutover activities.

Lead and guide the team, making key decisions.

Collaborate across teams to provide effective solutions.

Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and refine requirements.

Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation.

Professional \& Technical Skills

Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA SD with expertise in VMS, VC/AVC, JIT/JIS, aATP, ARM, and Advanced Intercompany processes.

In\-depth knowledge of Settlement Management, Warranty, and Vehicle Management frameworks.

S/4H knowledge is must and good to have S/4HANA experience

Strong analytical and process\-mapping capabilities.

Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Well\-versed in project management tools and methodologies.

Experience in Automotive industry \& Exposure to Agentic AI would be an added advantage

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 7\.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
