Summary

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with various business units to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Engaging in user and task analysis is a key part of the day, ensuring that business needs are accurately represented and translated into actionable plans that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Required Skills: Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM with more than 7\+ years of experience, which includes Event Management, Monitoring \& Alerting, MID Server Administration, MID Server Troubleshooting, Discovery, Discovery Patterns, CMDB Administration, CMDB Governance, IRE (Identification \& Reconciliation Engine), CI Relationship Management, Service Mapping, Monitoring Tool Integrations, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP Integrations, LDAP/Active Directory Integration, SSO, SAML, OAuth, Platform Configuration \& Customization, Authentication \& Access Troubleshooting, Incident Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Performance Optimization.

Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, support, and governance of ServiceNow ITOM solutions drive Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping initiatives troubleshoot complex issues related to MID Servers, Monitoring, Discovery, CMDB, Integrations, and Authentication review solution designs and platform configurations establish technical standards and best practices provide technical leadership and mentoring to development and support teams collaborate with infrastructure, monitoring, and application teams to ensure platform stability and operational excellence.

Preferred Experience: Hands\-on experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Datadog, SCOM, New Relic, or similar platforms. Experience working in large\-scale enterprise ITOM environments supporting monitoring, discovery, CMDB, and operational support functions.

Good to Have: Exposure to HRSD, SecOps, or GRC modules.

Preferred Certifications: CSA, CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management, CIS Service Mapping, ITIL Foundation.

• The candidate should have minimum 7\.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
