Job Summary

AVMSmiles is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Promotion Executive to promote the company's services through outbound calls, connect with potential customers, generate business leads, and create awareness about our dental and healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
• Promote dental and healthcare services and generate business leads through telecalling.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Identify potential business opportunities and schedule appointments for the concerned team.
• Maintain daily call records, customer details, and follow\-up status.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Required Skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle outbound calls and customer follow\-ups.
• Target\-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
