We are a growing e\-commerce and business services startup looking for a reliable and proactive Business Support Executive to assist with customer communication, administrative tasks, social media management, Shopify store updates, and lead generation activities.

This is a remote opportunity for candidates who want to grow with a startup and take on diverse business responsibilities.

Responsibilities Customer \& Client Communication

• Respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Follow up with customers and leads.
• Maintain professional communication with clients.

Administrative Support

• Manage daily business and administrative tasks.
• Maintain records, spreadsheets, and customer databases.
• Organize documents and reports.

Shopify Store Management

• Upload products and manage listings.
• Update product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Maintain product catalog accuracy.

Social Media Management

• Create social media posts using Canva and AI tools.
• Schedule and publish content.
• Monitor basic social media engagement.

Lead Generation \& Sales Support

• Research potential customers.
• Make outbound calls and send emails.
• Follow up with prospects.
• Maintain lead tracking sheets.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Confident speaking on phone calls.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable learning and using AI tools.
