Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, digital marketing, property portals, and field activities.
- Contact prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Conduct property site visits and explain project features to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads until the sale is closed.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update customer information and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends and competitors.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market (preferred).
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Qualifications
- 10th Pass / Fail, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree (depending on the specific opening).
- Freshers are eligible for some positions, while others prefer sales experience.
- Fluency in ***Kannada*** and local languages such as English***,*** Hindi, or Telugu is often preferred.
Salary
- Typically ranges from **₹15,000 to ₹45,000\+ per month**, with incentives based on performance. Some sales roles advertise earnings up to **₹65,000/month** including incentives.
