Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, digital marketing, property portals, and field activities.
  • Contact prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct property site visits and explain project features to potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up with leads until the sale is closed.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Update customer information and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about real estate market trends and competitors.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Basic knowledge of the real estate market (preferred).
  • Ability to work towards sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • 10th Pass / Fail, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree (depending on the specific opening).
  • Freshers are eligible for some positions, while others prefer sales experience.
  • Fluency in ***Kannada*** and local languages such as English***,*** Hindi, or Telugu is often preferred.

Salary

  • Typically ranges from **₹15,000 to ₹45,000\+ per month**, with incentives based on performance. Some sales roles advertise earnings up to **₹65,000/month** including incentives.
